Following a complimentary initial discovery consultation, galleria will design a customized program for you based on specific requirements, such as the style, size and budget of your wedding. Establishing a budget and creating a breakdown of expenses is a crucial first step in the process.

"Dream Wedding"

Our all-inclusive galleria wedding package is designed for couples who are either from out-of-town, just too busy, and unsure of where to start or who simply would like the hands-on expertise that only a professional wedding planner can provide. Either way, we'll help you create an emotional and lasting impression that you and your guests will remember for years to come.

The all-inclusive ‘Table d'hôte’ package includes:

  • Design a wedding profile together
  • Establish budget and breakdown of budget
  • Design a customized countdown calendar
  • Research, recommend and reserve products and services relating to the reception
  • Find a creative theme that will run in many facets of the event
  • Confirm all the suppliers involved in reception (2-3 weeks before the wedding)
  • Assist in addressing, mailing and follow-up on invitations
  • Research hair and make-up artist for bride and wedding party -off-site or home-
  • Research and negotiate hotel accommodations for out-of town guests
  • Include information in invitations on hotels for out-of-town guests (map and hotel recommendation)
  • Meet with future bride and groom two weeks prior to event to review everything
  • Develop a timetable to facilitate the flow of the event for the day of the wedding
  • Develop a list of suppliers with telephone numbers and time schedules
  • Coordinate all wedding day activities
  • Develop a floor plan with seating arrangements for reception guests
  • Research and reservations for rehearsal dinner
  • Attend rehearsal and lend assistance
  • Contact and coordinate all suppliers for the wedding day
  • Arrive one hour before ceremony to assure coordination and last minute details.
  • Supervise preparation on the day of the wedding for table setting, name card placement, flower arrangement and other details.
  • Coordinate timing of all ceremonial activities
  • Distribution of money in envelopes to suppliers or to the Best Man
